After submitting my resume I was immediately contacted by the Branch owner. I was interviewed over the phone by the owner and the regional sales manager multiple times before being asked to come in for an in-person interview. At the time of the in-person interview the branch owner and regional sales associate focused mostly on selling the position available to me. They were already sold on offering me the job and were focused on making sure I was interested in accepting the offer. I receiver a phone call the next day with a job offer.
