Entretien
They gave an assessment first which tested data entry skills and typing speed. Then, they gave a 20 minute video interview, where they give you questions and you record your responses (one take).

2. Tell me about a difficult or complex idea you had to explain to someone
3. Tell me a time where you had criticism from supervisor or educator. How did you handle the feedback?
4. How would you deal with rapidly changing environment?
5. Tell me about a time when you had to deal with a difficult customer. How did you handle the situation? What was the specific scenario, what was the problem, how did you approach it, what was the outcome.
6. Describe a time when you had a deadline that you needed to make and how did you do?
7. Imagine you had a more efficient way of doing something. However you are are suppose to follow instructions. How would you approach this situation?

Entretien
The process took about six weeks. First, there was a self recorded video interview to predetermined questions and once completed it would be reviewed. Then a call with the recruiter was the final step.

I applied, took and assessment then was offered an interview all within 3 days. It was a video interview and very easy. There were 2 attempts to record your responses.

Entretien
It is very generic. It starts out with a HireVue interview, then a typing test, and then you are told whether or not you are accepted. A majority of the interview is based off of the HireVue videos.
