Very average interview. Employer asked about prior experience, salary expectations, job responsibilities- basically all the usual interview questions. Overall process took around 30 minutes. The interviewer said they would get back regarding position within a week via email.

It seems to be a very low base pay leading to sales. This was not something I am interested in for my career. I have had several interviews with state farm but very few offered benefits needed for my family.
Easy phone interview. Asked basic questions for the initial interview, was very fast and easy. Hear back in 48 hours. Was asked why I wanted the job, and how comfortable on a scale of 1-10 how comforatabke I was with sales
