Very good interview, asked a lot of questions about my previous employment. They asked about specific situations that have been hard for me to overcome. I felt they were a bit too personal and the interviewee seemed to be reading the questions off a paper.

It seems to be a very low base pay leading to sales. This was not something I am interested in for my career. I have had several interviews with state farm but very few offered benefits needed for my family.
Easy phone interview. Asked basic questions for the initial interview, was very fast and easy. Hear back in 48 hours. Was asked why I wanted the job, and how comfortable on a scale of 1-10 how comforatabke I was with sales
