The interview process varies depending on which job you will get. For an attorney, you will likely be interviewed by a panel of attorney and the managing attorney. There are times you will only be interviewed by the managing attorney and then have a subsequent interview with other attorneys. This will depend on who is available to help interview at the time. State Farm is looking for smart intelligent attorneys that want to be litigators. Trial experience is a huge plus.

Straightforward, made it through multiple rounds. Little length between hearing back but was made aware that they were continuing to interview people and I believe I was given a rough timeline of decisions which was followed.
