I met with Human Resources and I was asked a series of questions. I was called back for a second interview with the director of the position a few days later.

Entretien
Very straightforward. The interviewer had a list of questions that I believe are the same between interviewees. After I met with HR person, I met with manager. Quick interview with manager. Didn't get tour of unit, took a while to hear back with job offer.

Entretien
I was an internal employee. I submitted my resume through HR. A few hiring managers called me. I took a interview with one, and later got the job. After that initial interview. I had a second interview with HR and completed paperwork and documentation for employment.
