Basic Interview Process. Over hyped the position. Made it sound way more important like they actually established and brainstorm promotions and marketing. Did background investigation before offer. Never really got an offer but they wanted to schedule me ASAP. Never went over benefits etc. After inquiring on wage and realized it was minimum wage. Turned down job. They said I "should " get a raise in three months. The manager assumed the other manager went over wages etc. Insulted by the casino industry after this process. They don't want skill or education but just bodies. Grad school+military experience+real management experience=more then minimum wage!
