The president and other senior Biostatisticians will talk with you and discuss about your resume, experience and daily work for that position. There will be a one-hour presentation to all the interviewers in the middle where you can expect questions. If you are presenting your own research, you need to be very clear about the details.

Entretien
About three weeks after I applied, I was invited to do a phone interview with a higher-up. The interview was mostly walking through my resume and behavioral questions. Nothing technical. Then came an on-site interview, which included a SAS exam and a series of meetings with others in the company. Heavy emphasis on behavioral questions.
