Very nice people but expect being hurt by their recruitment process.
- Their recruitment process could be better and their interaction with you come across as a bit nonchalant which early taints the perception of the company.
- Manage your expectations as the process can leave you hurt. Such an example is the organisation of the personality test, that is left until the very last round. A system generated standard rejection after this point will easily be miss-interpret and become personal. When their HR person ghost you when asking for feedback creates an unpleasant after-taste making you regret you honoured them with your time and interest.
Hopefully, as above is just lack of common sense and a bit sad to have happened; I give benefit to the doubt it was down to inexperience and not representative for the whole company.
First round, an initial fit / motivation interview with hiring manager
Second round, a fit / motivation with HR manager
Third (long) round with 3 peers, including skills test (programming in pandas, general understanding)
Fourth round with SHL Testing, OPQ
Fifth with HR discussing test results (but never happened as the system was broke, they said)
