Easy to talk to, great atmosphere and lovely staff. Despite my nerves I felt immediately invited in. Questions were thought provoking and despite my limited knowledge in terminology, I was easily understood

Entretien
The selection process took around 2 weeks. First, there was a written technical test. In which they ask basic programs regarding factorial and arrays. Also few questions regarding SQL queries. Second, practical round in which you have to perform practical. They will take technical interview at the same time. If you clear all these then there will be a final interview with MD.

Entretien
First telephonic interview
Then in-person interview at Gandhinagar location
Practical round of 3-4 hours - I had completed it in 1.5 Hours (As I was late due to some personal reasons)
Keep mobile switch off(This will be not allowed in any case even not by mistake..:) :)... )
Then in-person interview with Director of Development (That was great)
Last with the Boss (MD)
Great place and great talented team to work with.
