I applied via mojposao.hr and had an invitation from HR for an onsite interview with one of the Managers in the team and the future mentor.
After 1 week I received an invitation for an onsite interview with the Team Lead as a second round.
1 week after the second interview I got a call from HR telling me I got the position.

At the time I was fresh out of University, so the questions were just about what I studied, what I thought about the University program I attended, my past working experience as a student.
One of the important questions was how good my English was.
