This is for sure not the company worth pitching for. Sometimes I regret on my decision that why actually I went to me the HR, specially on her proposal. HR herself was not sure about the company and its policies rather was busy and noting down the positive points about my present company, sometimes it feels as if it was a session which was arranged to tell her about my company just in case they wanted to follow the same procedures in their own. They'll probably waste your time, and yes will give you a gist of what further rounds would be accompanies by her statements that she'll arrange your next interview with the next delegates as per the procedure. And then days would pass by but they'll never respond you back moreover if you will try calling them to follow up she'll not pick the call or at the switchboard she'll ask to lie asking them to convey"She is not in the office". Worthless, learn some HR ethics if you really wanna grow and want your organization to seek great heights.

I applied to the college and had to appear for a test based on my grades. This was followed by an HR Interview along with a detailed interview with a senior official. Post this, I had to take a Personality Test and having cleared that I was called to interview with the MD of the firm.
