Applied on LinkedIn and heard back about a week later. Went through two interviews and a skills test creating 3 TikTok videos that would appeal to their audience. After the second interview I was completely ghosted. After multiple follow up emails asking about next steps, I haven't heard a word. Very disappointed with the lack of communication throughout this process and honestly grateful I maybe dodged a bullet.
