The interview process began with a phone interview with analysts, focused on mostly behavioral questions, fit and small technical skills. It provided insight into team dynamics and expectations for the role today.

Was really laid back, more culture and fit, light technicals. I applied online thorough handshake and got a email for a round 1 interview a couple weeks later. Interview was one on one with a current analyst for about 25-30 minutes.
