I applied online and was contacted by HR for a phone screen. This was followed up with a take-home coding challenge and then two more video screenings but with engineers this time. The engineers I spoke with were very friendly and excited about the role. However, TAKE THE OTHER REVIEWS TO HEART. This company has no issue with wasting your time. The engineers are quick to respond, the HR team though is not. Unless you are only passively looking and not worried about time (interview took weeks, mostly from slow responses from HR), I suggest you look elsewhere. Or apply if you like getting a weak excuse for a late-stage abandonment of the interview process. They rub salt in the wound by offering you a damn gift card.
