The hiring process involved an online application, a phone screen and then interviews. I found it unusual how defensive and insistent they were about hiring not being due to departures, but rather due to growth. This didn't align with what I later learned from former employees, former customers of Sticker Mule and recent reports on their politics scandal. I was disappointed by their lack of transparency during the interview and the multiple red flags that emerged.
