I lost a days pay being group interviewed with people who were far more qualified than myself, likely overqualified for such a role. I have no idea why I was selected. Turns out respecting a customers wishes is also not preferred.

How would I deal with teens causing problems in flats and the mother leaving them unsupervised. Drug dealings are also occurring outside the foyer. What would I do to prevent this behaviour from persisting?
