Its a series of meetings/presentations, but you wouldn't call the second one an interview, its more like an infomercial - people call it a 'preview' where they basically tell you how much money you could earn whilst simultaneously trying to put you off (to weed out those unsuitable for a sales environment) but its designed to only put off the weediest whilst most people think "yeah I could do that"

Phone interview, followed by 'Preview' where they telly you how much you can earn whilst half-heartedly trying to put you off, followed by interview to meet the bos, followed by.....dramatic pause....Well done you got the job..

Got a call unexpectedly and they wanted to have a short phone interview there and then, was told that I seemed like a good candidate and to come in for a face-to-face interview.
Interview was smooth, but at times the individual conducting the interview would ramble on about irrelevant topics. They also wanted honest answers, not interview prep answers, which I got called out on once. Their use of profanity - not at myself, just in general - at times was rather excessive.
The one thing I admire about the interviewer was how bluntly honest they were with how the company works (cold calling), and even admitted that if I took this role I wouldn't get to where I wanted to be in my career due to the nature of the role I was applying for.
Declined offer as it is important for myself to gain only relevant experience in the field I ultimately want to end up in.
