I was sat down at a computer to fill out a survey and information about myself. Then I was asked about my willingness to lift heavy objects. I was also asked if I would make it on time everuday because my lateness would may cause delays and customer dissatisfaction in case certain items weren't stocked on time.

Informal and basic with questions like, "Why do you want to work at Stop and Shop" and "What qualifications do you have that line up with our roles". Pretty standard questions for a first job.
It was very easy. I met with the supervisor one time to review my application and go over the ground rules. No complaints with the interview process. I applied in person.
