One of the best and most unique interview experience I’ve ever had. Initial interview is done over the phone, thorough and pleasant. From beginning to end, Stop and Stor makes you feel comfortable and supported. Once the phone interview is completed and they feel you may be a good fit for the company, you are invited to a second interview. The second interview takes place at the corporate headquarters, and involves paperwork, a math test, personality quiz and some interview question which you will need to answer in writing. Make sure to get a good nights rest and bring your best foot forward because once your paperwork is completed you will be sitting across from the COO himself for your formal interview. The interview questions are your standard interview questions but with a kick! Make sure to listen carefully as some questions may have multiple parts, and be as detailed in your answers as possible. Although your nerves may get the best of you, everyone at Stop and Stor is friendly, helpful, professional and make you feel calm and accepted. The interview process is different and a bit difficult, but not in a negative way. Stop and Stor is thorough and looks to make sure this opportunity will be a good fit for both parties. In the end, If your a good candidate and have the necessary experience and skills, this interview process will be pleasant and enjoyable.
