      J'ai passé un entretien chez Storable

      First round was a screening with a company recruiter. They couldn't tell me much about the role but seemed nice enough. Second round was with the hiring manager. Somehow they also couldn't tell me much about the role and I got the impression they didn't know much about the tech industry either. I was then asked to do a set of panel interviews for the final round. The recruiter sent me an agenda the day before but it turned out several of the items listed weren't correct. They also rescheduled the interview twice, with the second time also being the day before. The first part of the panel was with some developers and scrum masters and from what I could gather they're doing an ugly form of fake scrum but pretending they're the real deal. The next part of the panel was supposed to be a tech screen was really thirty minutes with one person who didn't turn their camera on, and who I later learned had only been hired out of college a year before, and all they did was ask me some terminology questions. The third part of the panel consisted of a behavioral round with some managers who kept insisting Storable was great yet couldn't clarify on how beyond minor things like bringing dogs to offices or making a difference in the exciting world of storage spaces. The final part was with the hiring manager, who kept asking me if I would accept an offer if they made one but never actually made an offer and wouldn't even tell me what I might expect from an offer. A week later I hadn't heard anything so I messaged the recruiter. They sent me a vague response about how the company wanted someone more technical. Even though I was never asked anything technical. Had I not contacted them I doubt I would have heard anything at all. I would not apply again.
