Was asked to do an initial video interview for this position. It went really well and I was told I'd be hearing from the owner via phone or email. Completely ghosted me, even after sending a follow-up message asking for an update. Unprofessional in 2025's job market - stop wasting people's time.

Easy basic questions regarding challenges, time management and giving examples of a difficult time I was able to overcome a obstacle. Nothing difficult about interview, just remain calm and the interview will go just fine
