I had three interviews. The first two in Redding with my manager and the last one in Chico with the ceo. They were very personable people. The manager with whom I interviewed truly cares and it shows. The manager interviewing me kept a stack of resumes on his table to show me that I had a lot of competition and thus giving him leverage. I was intimidated by this and I will never let something like this intimidate me again. They wanted proof of my education and a scanned copy of my college degree. I had to dig into my storage to find it.
