Entretien
The interview began with HR who had a few questions about past experiences, listed what Stratus Video is about, benefits, types of positions available ( full or PT) and the different time slots that were required to be filled as well as salary. The next stage consisted of recording your own answers to quite straightforward questions there were 2 or 3 translations that were medical but the vocab and content was quite easy. some questions were behavioral, some were about ethics, and how you would manage the encounter. Again very straight forward. I was already certified so I did not do the full language test. then that was really all that the interview entailed.

Everything is all over the phone, you will receive a phone call asking if you are interested in the position. Then, they will let you do many questions over the phone. The questions are based on your native language to test your language skills and customer service experience.
