not great , i would not recomend this company choose another hire and fire
reorg every 2 years , aligners business a disaster , bad decisions with no future beyond 2 years

Interviewer turned up late, and admitted they hadn't even downloaded my CV.
Whenever I interview candidates I thoroughly prep so I get the best from them and to understand if we're a good match. I also want to make the candidate feel valued (even if they're not a good match) this was I am protecting my company's brand.
On both points this company failed..
