      I applied for an Implementation Manager position at Stravito and went through several interview rounds, including a case study. Throughout the process, I often had to follow up myself to ask whether there was any feedback or an update. After these reminders, I would receive a response saying that I had successfully moved forward to the next stage. While receiving positive feedback was encouraging, the lack of proactive communication was already concerning. Eventually, I received an offer. However, after I asked a few questions about the offer, I was informed that the offer had been withdrawn due to internal organizational changes. I understand that companies sometimes need to adjust their plans, but the way this was handled left me with a very negative impression. About a year and a half later, I was contacted again regarding another Implementation Manager position. I decided to give the company another opportunity and went through the interview process again. This time, I completed two assessments (a logic test and a personality test). After completing all requested steps, I received no further communication. I sent two follow-up emails but never received any response. The overall experience has been very disappointing. The biggest issue was the lack of communication and transparency throughout the recruitment process. A company can change its hiring plans, but candidates deserve clear and respectful communication, especially after investing significant time in interviews and assessments. Based on my experience, I would advise candidates to be cautious and consider whether this reflects the type of communication and organization they want to work with.
