Standard SE interview processes - a few calls with HR and a few meetings with team leads/seniors and the CTO.
HR/Recruiter call was fairly standard - are you the right person for us and vice versa. Informal, and nice.
Tech lead chat was nice. The programming exercise was one of the best I've had. There was a built application (in react/typescript) that I had to add functionality to. They even said they'd go away if they wanted to (as some people might feel pressure) and I could use google (as hey, you would when you're working, right). We ended up adding infinite scrolling using an intersection observer + fixing some bugs. Overall one of the best tech tests I've had in an interview that emulates real working day-to-day things.
