Phone call with HR person asking standard questions. Brought in person to interview with department head who was interested in my background. Not many difficult questions. Company has resources in department and better equipment than universty.

The initial phone interview was easy and was primarily going over my resume. Timelines given from HR were not accurate and I got the impression things don't run smoothly in management/HR. The interview process was very drawn out. Poor compensation offered.
