Initial screener and take home assessment. The assessment was in-depth, but the interview process didn't seem too intense. They were quick moving as well. Then chatted with one person on the team.

Long and detailed - included multiple rounds of interviews (8) with internal team members, cross functional team members, and executives. It also included a written assignment. The interview questions were substantive (focused on legal hypos) and personality driven to confirm alignment with company values. I felt my time was well respected and the recruiter kept me informed as to where I was in the process.

Entretien
Had a screener call. Did not move forward. The recruiter was very nice and knowledgeable. I learned a lot about the company and the structure of the team. I enjoyed my conversation, although I did not move forward. It was overall a good experience.
