I received an email from their recruiter and after a 30 minute call and a few back and forth emails, they asked me to fly out to SF for 5 hours worth of interviews. They covered the cost of the trip. The interviews were nerve-racking but great. The interviewers were friendly and several of them remarked that they remembered being in my position. They lived out the culture that Stripe is known for.
