Well the recruiter and a C-Suite guy I met via a minority conference call for underrepresented individuals spoke awfully highly of the company even to the point of gloating about a 500K salary— only problem was the interview question was by no means reasonable. It was two parts in one which was a sure fire trap. I got interviewed by a highly condescending engineer who yes-microaggressed me to death. Like can I get time to think and actually breathe without you trolling me and breathing down my neck? You act just like my last micromanager from my previous position - like why are you documenting my actions prior to me getting fully comfortable?? This is in the middle of protests, covid19, aa d me being wrongfully discharges for no reason last year. It felt like I was walking into a trap for sure . Like once someone knows you have legendary talent and a superb Résumé but still tells you “no promises” that is a huge red flag. That means you can’t trust your team to do right mu me due to past turmoil and internal conflict and I’m supposed to have a tolerance for what they may try to coerce me to do or them refusing to support me without any forewarning or reason. This was irrational. This guy could not wait to throw me a curve ball for his beloved “part II” which I actually still got correct under duress. What a missing filter and some off syntax here and there ?? Dude get real y’all attempt to make interviews impossible to pass like those silly white larding sessions for Google interviews that fit whatever reason in some instances requires and insane amount of code under duress go complete. Who wants to enslave their mind to such a degree that they have to prepared for the impossible while living a real life surrounded by attractive women and real entrepreneurs?? Let me see y’all’s work then?? Where are your blog posts, open source libraries that you developed on your own outside if any company or framework with no help-/ where is y’all’s activism and community support for brown people and females ? 0!!!!!!!! Sorry not sorry and no thank you!!
