I was referred, and then the recruiter reached out to me. She rescheduled 10 minutes prior to the call, no worries. The next day, we had the call and asked standard questions about background and experience. She told me about a suitable team and role, and said as a next step she informed me about the rest of the interview process, mentioned she would set up an interview with the hiring manager and send me the interview guide following our call. After that, she ghosted me. I followed up multiple times over text, email and no response. 2 weeks later I get a reply from her saying they are not moving forward. Unprofessional and incompetent.

Long mais intéressant, avec un rh joignable et qui a débriefé le résultat des entretiens. La plus grosse partie est en anglais. Dans mon cas le processus d'entretien en 7 étapes, dont test technique, use case et test de fit.
