The principals I interviewed with at the Stripes Group were focused on finding someone with LBO experience. This includes in depth knowledge of complex financial models involving leverage. Additionally deal structure was also brought up and discussed. This position would be suitable for someone who worked in investment banking for 2-3 years and is comfortable with the technology space. Overall the guys at Stripes Group were pleasant to speak with.
