The process started with a phone interview with the owner. Seemed like a personable guy. Process continued with a written test, which was pretty vague in what was expected. Next step was a personality quiz, the owner places a lot of the decision to move forward on the personality test. Process continued with a phone interview with the lead developer. Asked lots of general questions. Followed up with a two part in house interview. First with another developer who had a series of technical white board questions. Second part was with the owner, where he asked pretty standard generic questions about most challenging job, how would I face certain challenges. Lots of "brain teaser" questions like designing a web site for dogs, or the number of something in the united states.
