J'ai postulé en ligne. Le processus a pris 3 semaines. J'ai passé un entretien chez StubHub (Aliso Viejo, CA) en mars 2026

The recruiter was extremely unprofessional throughout the process. They didn’t even show up for the originally scheduled interview. I had to reach out myself to reschedule, and there was zero response. I went ahead and proposed a new time anyway—again, no reply.
Despite that, I still joined the rescheduled call. The recruiter showed up late and behaved as if they were doing me a favor the entire time.
After that, there was complete silence for over 10 days. No responses to any follow-ups. Eventually, I received an automated rejection with no clarity on whether it even applied to the role I "interviewed" for.
Overall, the process felt disorganized, disrespectful of my time, and poorly handled end-to-end.

First a recruiter call, he was friendly but came 5 minutes before the end like many people mentioned here. Next was a call with the HM for the team I was interviewing. He was very sweet and knowledgeable. He asked some specific questions about past experience but mostly let me talk. I could tell he wanted more info and did my best to provide that. I thought the call went well we went over because we kept talking. He mentioned that stubhub has more work than they hire and that they need to hire more which I thought was positive. Fast forward two weeks, no response from recruiter after multiple emails. Received automated rejection on Saturday lol.

Recruiters are extremely unprofessional. She bumped my call 3 times, each of which I had to block time off my schedule and prepare for a call.
If they wanted to reject me, totally okay with that. Could have instead sent an email instead of wasting 1.5 hours of my day waiting on a call that would never happen.
