1. Application & Screening

2. Online Assessments (SHL Tests)
You’re sent a link to complete cognitive ability tests (numerical, verbal, logical, or inductive reasoning).
May also include:

Situational Judgment Test (SJT) to test decision-making in workplace scenarios.
