Multi-phased approach that included several interviews with stakeholders. Small start-up organization. Informal process. Interview was several years ago, however. Not sure how much the hiring team has changed since then.

Initial screener, then mid level manager then senior partner -- many questions about interest in cause and skills that I brought to table for the position. Pretty straightforward. More a test to see if the people could work with me than anything.
