3 Separate interviews with Design Director, included creating a sketch project and meeting the owner of the company. Sketch project was explained as being like the job, but the job does not require sketching. Was called in for a 3rd interview to discuss the sketch project, but the required people were not even there, so I had to come in a 4th time.

I submitted my resume through email and received a timely response. They were very flexible with the timing as we both needed to reschedule because of meeting conflicts. When I did finally come in for my interview there was no receptionist and I was sent to seek out the person I needed to meet with in what I am guessing is their design room. It was cluttered and depressing looking (as was the showroom) and no one working looked happy to be there. I was eventually seated at a table in the showroom area and had the interview. It seemed to go well but they were trying to sell the idea of taking a paycut for an entry level assistant technical design position. All in all it was a pointless interview for my level of experience but probably would be fine for entry level position or someone who is out of work and cannot afford to be unemployed.
