Great interview process. All the interviewers were knowledgeable about the process and company, and they were all engaging, asked meaningful questions, and gave clear answers. Two interviews were conducted before an offer was made. Second interview involved practice “teaching” to another tutor. Problems were given in advance to prepare.

Brief phone interview and then in-person or Skype interview with a current tutor there. The phone interviewer just asked about experience, why you wanted to work there, etc. The in-person interview consisted of a mock lesson where they pretended to be a student and you had to go over a couple of practice problems with them.

I applied online by contacting a hiring manger through Craig's List. I was then referred to the company website. The interview was very simple. We met at a local coffee shop where the interviewer had me answer a few math/english questions. It was very relaxed.
