Very easy and basic. You answer a questionnaire (no right or wrong) which matches you with pupils with similar character traits. I'm pretty sure everyone gets in. Try to be yourself and you will be more than fine. The progression from then is pretty straight forward. Very flexible hours.

They asked you to help them answer questions, which they would then judge your proficiency at teaching based off of. It was not strenous or hard, the questions were faily easy, and they were easy to work with.

Entretien
The interview and the interviewer were very relaxed. "Hardest" question was to explain why brown eyed parents could get a blue eyed child. When I thanked the interviewer in an email afterward she replied that I had gotten the job.
