Interview process was third class. They do 3-4 rounds of interview maintaining an interval of 7-10 days within each rounds. Also, post clearing all rounds they negotiate for the salary and post finalizing the salary structure, they just vanish. Also, they give no hike. Just in the name of hike - they offer ESOPs and Variables (which are approx 30% of your offered CTC) - which a person never receives. Post that they deduct the PF also. In short a person who is getting hired have to sacrifice at least 30% of the offered salary and also no assurance of PF and travel reimbursements. HR is so cunning that they keep linger to share the interview update, till the time they are not getting a suitable scapegoat.
