It took about 1 month to actually finalize the interview process. The agency was very slow to get back to me -- the management appeared to be quite disorganized. The interview was fairly awkward. Most of the questions had very little to do with my work and were more focused on what type of company I wanted to work for. However, at the same time, their lead seemed to keep making vague comments about my age/experience (I was probably about 5 years their senior and have double that amount of experience). There were 3 rounds of interviews in total. This was mainly due to key interviewers were never in the office at the same time.
