J'ai postulé en personne. Le processus a pris 1 semaine. J'ai passé un entretien chez Subway (Corpus Christi, TX)
Entretien
It was pretty quick, and the only job I could find where I could fill out a paper application instead of being told to apply online. They called me back after a week and set up an interview. I showed up, was mainly asked about my availability, and was hired on the spot. Eventually, I came back the next day to fill out more paperwork and started being trained/working my first shift. I was thankful for the easy process, considering this was my first job, and it's exactly what a job hiring process should look like for a first time job!
J'ai passé un entretien chez Subway (Barnsley, South West England, England)
Entretien
I was sat down and asked questions about myself in a possible manner in the middle of the restaurant as people dined around me. I was then instructed to cut bread so they could see how well I could do.
Easy flow, face to face and they are quite patient with you. The manager are understanding if it's your first time and let you through the flow of the process
Very simple and straightforward. Normal questions like availability, have you worked in food service before, etc. I think it depends on location though since friends at other locations have had more substantive or less substantive interviews.
