J'ai postulé via une autre source. Le processus a pris 2 semaines. J'ai passé un entretien chez Subway (Sterling Heights, MI) en oct. 2010
Entretien
For this job like most I went into the store and filled out a paper application and turned in a copy of my résumé with the application. I got a call from one of the GMs a week or two after turning in the application. I got an interview for the following week. I showed up 15-20 minutes early for the interview and had to wait an additional 45 minutes for the GM to show up. The interview process was very easy and very typical interview. The only odd part was that the interview was at one if the franchises Walmart locations. I received a call back from the GM a few hours after the interview.
Very simple and straightforward. Normal questions like availability, have you worked in food service before, etc. I think it depends on location though since friends at other locations have had more substantive or less substantive interviews.
Straightforward and professional with typical fast food interview questions. Friendly and easy to talk to interviewers. Reasonable length and in person made it more comfortable. Great experience and easy interview.
Was pretty average hospitality interview process, focus on customer service in a fast paced environment, how to deal with stress, team work/ collaboration, company values, and your past experience. and availability etc.
