Entretien
This was a very laid back interview. I met with the general manager and another manager at the location that I would be hired at. The GM asked a couple of general questions and then gave me a couple of scenarios. After we got through that, he said that I had the job and would start the following week.

What would you do if an employee did not show up at his or her scheduled time of 4pm and you got off at 4pm what would you do?
Very simple and straightforward. Normal questions like availability, have you worked in food service before, etc. I think it depends on location though since friends at other locations have had more substantive or less substantive interviews.
Straightforward and professional with typical fast food interview questions. Friendly and easy to talk to interviewers. Reasonable length and in person made it more comfortable. Great experience and easy interview.
Was pretty average hospitality interview process, focus on customer service in a fast paced environment, how to deal with stress, team work/ collaboration, company values, and your past experience. and availability etc.
