J'ai postulé en ligne. Le processus a pris 1 semaine. J'ai passé un entretien chez Subway (Ontario, CA)
Entretien
I applied online through the website, got a call about a week later for an interview and went in. The interview was about 10 minutes long, and I got a call a few hours later asking if I wanted to work part time for them. The interview was basic. Mostly just asked if I was ok with wearing my hair up, wearing gloves, cleaning, being left alone, etc.
Questions d'entretien [1]
Question 1
There weren't any difficult or unexpected questions. Why do you want to work at subway? what kind of hours did you work? etc.
J'ai passé un entretien chez Subway (Barnsley, South West England, England)
Entretien
I was sat down and asked questions about myself in a possible manner in the middle of the restaurant as people dined around me. I was then instructed to cut bread so they could see how well I could do.
Easy flow, face to face and they are quite patient with you. The manager are understanding if it's your first time and let you through the flow of the process
Very simple and straightforward. Normal questions like availability, have you worked in food service before, etc. I think it depends on location though since friends at other locations have had more substantive or less substantive interviews.
