They took 3 weeks to contact me, it was ridiculous. I had to call them in order to set up an interview, It was incredibly demeaning and disrespectful. They initially offered me the job then forgot!
I am given a form and fill the form and wait for your turn and staffs are really friendly manager is friendly all in all I really like the interview process.

It was alright, a group interview. It wasn't too formal and it was an interesting selection of people in the group. There was one interviewer and four interviewees (including myself). I found it interesting that the interview was held in the middle of the store (which was pretty small) and so customers were able to watch what was going on.
