Easy flow, face to face and they are quite patient with you. The manager are understanding if it's your first time and let you through the flow of the process

The interview process was pretty simple. They called me once and immediately asked about availability and if the hours of the job were okay. After that she went through the standard questions, why do you want to work at subway, what do you have to offer, how would you describe yourself do you take risks. After that she told me i basically had the job, and had a trial shift that weekend.
Very simple and straightforward. Normal questions like availability, have you worked in food service before, etc. I think it depends on location though since friends at other locations have had more substantive or less substantive interviews.
Straightforward and professional with typical fast food interview questions. Friendly and easy to talk to interviewers. Reasonable length and in person made it more comfortable. Great experience and easy interview.
