It was mostly behavioral questions, did not seem to be uniform to all candidates. I felt that most questions even early on were tailored to their impressions of me from my application
Easy informal , I applied and was called right away. Went in next day for the interview. I was hired on the spot. I appreciate it they don’t waste your time.

The interviewer asked professional, thoughtful questions and offered helpful advice that really boosted my confidence. I appreciated their communication style, approach, and skills, which made me feel comfortable, supported, and respected throughout the entire interaction.
Good. Informative. Got the job. It was an easy interview process and they asked easy questions. I’d recommend studying the history of subway to better understand their business model. Such a great experience.
