J'ai postulé en ligne. Le processus a pris 1 semaine. J'ai passé un entretien chez Subway (Vancouver, WA) en janv. 2016
Entretien
Received a call from the store manager less than a week after I applied and she wanted to meet up quickly so I came to the store in 15 minutes. Had a short, casual interview with her. She was very friendly and gave me her cell number. I had to meet with the district manager a couple of days later with basically the same questions. She told me the second interview was mostly to make sure people wanted a job for longer than 1-2 months. I got the call about 2 hours later that I got the job.
J'ai passé un entretien chez Subway (Barnsley, South West England, England)
Entretien
I was sat down and asked questions about myself in a possible manner in the middle of the restaurant as people dined around me. I was then instructed to cut bread so they could see how well I could do.
Easy flow, face to face and they are quite patient with you. The manager are understanding if it's your first time and let you through the flow of the process
Very simple and straightforward. Normal questions like availability, have you worked in food service before, etc. I think it depends on location though since friends at other locations have had more substantive or less substantive interviews.
